What data we collect
Browsing the site and requesting a quote require no registration. For service enquiries, contact is made by email (mailto); you choose what information to send us. When you place a shop order we collect only the data needed to fulfil and deliver it — name, email, phone, your chosen courier and delivery method, the region and the town or village, and a single destination: either a delivery address or a courier office, never both, plus an optional note, together with the chosen products or design.
Shop order data
When you complete an order on the site, it is recorded in our secured database and emailed to our company address, and you receive a confirmation email. If you uploaded your own image in the customizer, the original file is stored with the order so that it can be printed — only our staff can reach it, through the internal console; it is published nowhere and is deleted together with the order. The legal basis is the performance of a contract (your order). Your courier choice is a request to us, not a booking with the courier — we do not send your details to Speedy or Econt when you place the order, only when we actually prepare the shipment. We do not use this data for marketing and do not share it with third parties beyond the providers needed to fulfil the order. Payment is cash on delivery; no online payments are processed at this stage and we collect no card details.
Staff access
The site has no registration and offers no user accounts — it can be used in full without creating one, and we process no personal data on that basis. A single staff account exists, which our staff use to sign in to the internal order console. We create it ourselves rather than through the site, and for it we store a username (not personal data) and an irreversible cryptographic representation of the password — never the password itself. To keep the staff session active we use an essential cookie holding a random session identifier, which expires after 30 days or on sign-out. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in managing our own orders securely.
Cookies
We use only essential cookies — to remember your selected language, your consent choice and, for staff sign-in, to keep that session active. No non-essential or marketing scripts load without your explicit consent. You can change your choice at any time via your browser settings.
